Considerations for use of the price guide.
- We’re offering this price guide to help you:
- Enhance your existing quoting system or develop one.
- Mitigate customers shopping around and attempting to play you off against each other. (You can use the Facebook Applicators group to communicate around this.)
- Use a pricing structure to ensure you don’t undercut each other. We want to promote collaboration rather than competition. (There are literally millions of cars on the road.)
- Maintain Brand integrity by not competing with inferior products or feeling compelled to do so.
- You can use the indicative prices as a middle of a ‘price range’ which allows you to take into account the specific conditions of individual cars. You will understand where your margins are reduced if you reduce your quote.
- You can charge more than the price guide, if you feel it’s warranted , particularly in the case of vehicle preparation pricing.
- Revivify is a premium product and you should price your work accordingly. You should not be quoting your Revivify work at a price that competes with the lower end of the market.
- Revivify SH Lite should be quoted at or marginally above any established quality brand Ceramic Coating as it is a superior product with more advanced properties.
- Ultra and Graphene have no direct competitors in the coating market and are priced according to this fact.
- Graphene should be priced less than PPF although with layering it can provide commensurate protection with much enhanced aesthetics. That is your value proposition.
- Sales tool and Customer education. More on this topic in an upcoming newsletter.
